Taking a screenshot of an error or malfunction affecting our software

If you're getting an error message or seeing an issue while using our software, get in touch with us.

Sharing a full-screen image of what you see with our Support team can really help us identify and resolve the issue.

It's best to send us an uncropped image showing your whole screen. You can forward the screenshot to us via our software, mobile app, or website.

Please include your username in any correspondence.

How to take a screenshot

Pick an option depending on your device's operating system:

Windows
  1. Press the 'Windows' + 'Print Screen' keys simultaneously.
  2. Your screen will briefly go dim to show that you've just taken a screenshot.
  3. Your screenshot saves automatically to this folder: Pictures → Screenshots
Mac
  • Press 'Command' + 'Shift' + '3' all together at the same time.
  • The image saves to your desktop.

Android

For most Android devices, you can take a screenshot by following these instructions:

  • Hold both the power and the volume down buttons simultaneously for a couple of seconds.
  • There is a brief animation to show that you took the screenshot successfully.

You can find any screenshots you take by opening the 'Photo' app and going to:

  • Library → Screenshots

iOS
