PIN - Enabling and disabling instructions

First, request your PIN by following the instructions below.

Desktop software
Mobile app
  1. Log into your account.
  2. Menu (Android) or More (iOS)
  3. Select Settings & Tools → Login Security Settings → PIN → Request PIN
  4. Confirm your request.

If you're using our Next Gen app:

  1. Tap on the Account button to launch the Account Panel.
  2. Login & Security
  3. PIN
  4. Select Request PIN and Confirm.

Stars PIN

On the website, you can set your preferred PIN code yourself.

We'll send an email containing the PIN to your registered email address. Once you receive your PIN, you'll then need to enable it.

You can do this from the same menu by choosing Enable PIN and following the instructions displayed on your screen. Once the PIN is enabled, you'll get a confirmation message.

To disable PIN, take the same steps, choose Disable PIN, and follow the on-screen instructions. Once the PIN is disabled, you'll receive a confirmation message.
