PIN changing instructions

To change your PIN, log in to your account and follow the instructions below:

Desktop devices
  1. Settings
  2. Account Details
  3. PIN
  4. Change PIN
Mobile app
  1. Menu (Android) or More (iOS)
  2. Select Settings & Tools → Login Security Settings → PIN.
  3. Change PIN

If you're using our PokerStars Next Gen app:

  1. Tap on the Account button to launch the Account Panel.
  2. Login & Security
  3. PIN
  4. Change PIN

You’ll receive a new randomly generated PIN on your registered email address.

On the website, you can set your preferred PIN code yourself.
