Connection issues with my iOS mobile app

Following these simple steps should help you restore your connection to our software on your iOS device.

Internet connection

It may seem obvious but let's start with your internet connection. Check that you're connected to either Wi-Fi or a cellular data network. You should see the icons at the top of your screen.


The next step is to restart your iOS device by powering off and turning it back on.


If restarting does not resolve the issue, try reinstalling our app. You'll first need to remove the app by deleting it from your device. Then, download it from the App Store again and install.
