Cards: Possible reasons for a declined deposit

We know how frustrating this can be, but sometimes the most obvious solutions can be the correct ones!

So, some possible reasons for your card being declined include the following:

  • Incorrect information: Check your card details and try again.
  • Expired card: Make sure your card is not expired or due to expire this month.
  • Insufficient funds: Check your available balance and try again.
  • Card blocked for online gaming transactions: Contact your bank to confirm if they allow online gaming transactions under code 7995.

If you're looking for an alternative deposit option, simply head to the Cashier to review all available options.

In case you need to remove this card as your Fast Deposit option, go to the Cashier → More → Fast Deposit Settings.
